City of Almada Music Festival 2026

The City of Almada Music Festival reaches its 7th edition in 2026, consolidating itself as one of the most anticipated musical events on the south bank of the Tagus. Starting on 18 June and continuing until 4 July, the festival transforms various spaces in the municipality of Almada into stages for musical sharing, covering several parishes and offering diverse artistic experiences.

Organized by the Academia de Música de Almada together with the Associação Cultural Almadamúsica, and with the support of the Almada Municipal Council, the festival is committed to bringing music to every corner of the municipality, promoting cultural decentralisation and public access to quality performances. The programme includes classical music concerts, chamber recitals, performances by young musicians and proposals that cross musical traditions, reflecting the vitality of the local artistic scene.

Throughout its various editions, the festival has skilfully combined the talent of established musicians with the presentation of new performers, contributing to audience development and the appreciation of Almada's cultural heritage.
